The landscape was conceived as a highly green and ecologically rich residential environment with an informal, relaxed atmosphere – closer to being in nature than to a conventional apartment courtyard.

The spatial concept extends the character of the nearby river. Wider and narrower spaces, steeper and gentler planted edges and a flowing spatial sequence reinterpret the changing profile of a river landscape.

Private terraces and small gardens are created alongside ground-floor apartments. Beyond the enclosed residential area, the public landscape includes volleyball and play areas for older children, a seeded meadow, an ecological zone, picnic spaces and places to rest beneath trees.

The central square becomes a green pocket within the development, where trees and an abstracted river channel continue the overall landscape concept.
