The development is surrounded by mature trees, while very little open ground remains between the buildings. The landscape therefore treats this limited space as an essential part of the overall architecture rather than as leftover space around it.

Low shrubs are planted in broad masses to create volume at human scale, support rainwater infiltration and form a robust, relatively low-maintenance landscape.
