Tasks: To create a maximally green yard, rich in nature, where you can feel the spirit of the resort – non-committal nature that provides relaxation, harmoniously blends into the extremely natural context, as well as extending the theme of the river – with its widenings, narrowings, steeper and more sloping banks.

Private terraces – mini yards – have been created in the courtyard, and a whole complex of programs has been created outside the fenced territory – playgrounds for volleyball and older children, a grassy meadow next to the path, an eco zone and places for picnics and rest under the trees.

The square creates a non-committal insert of a green square, where trees and an artificial riverbed echo the overall concept of the quarter.
